When these homeowners came to designer Danee Bohn, CMKBD, they were looking to remodel their kitchen and master bathroom in a style that honored the mid-century modern style of the home. The two contrasting stains on the Cherry cabinetry in the kitchen are complimented by minimal door styles: an artful combination of slab and shaker. The textured wall coverings and geometric tile bring depth to the design. In addition, these spaces are packed with storage that keeps daily items organized, on-hand, but out of sight.

The best part of this remodel is how seamlessly these spaces blend with the rest of the home. Certain design elements - such as emphasizing prominent wood graining, sleek modern hardware, and color - were repeated in both spaces to make them cohesive.
