THE BLOOM PROJECT MAIN LEVEL REMODEL

Our designer worked with this client to transform their dated townhome into a beautiful open-concept space, with fresh selections and most importantly, higher quality cabinetry with adequate storage!

To open up the space, a wall was removed in the main living/kitchen area. The effect was profound, allowing sunlight in to warm the beautiful vaulted spaces. The new kitchen design maximized storage, in part, by making effective use of innovative cabinet accessories. A tall pantry cabinet with roll-out shelves replaced an inefficient closet pantry with a swinging door.

The living room update features a built-in desk area with custom file drawers, mail slots in the cabinet above the desk, and a pull-out table extension. The powder bath vanity has drawers and is designed to resemble a furniture piece. The master bath design features a linen cabinet on top of the vanity for accessible storage and built-in shelves near the tub.
